What kind of degree do I need to get into banking,investments,financial analyst,or management?

I want to take the right classes so one day I can get into one of the following. banking,investments,management,financial analyst. can someone suggest the degrees or path I should take to get into one of those fields. what are my options or where can i go to get advice and guidance or what course like CIMA do i need to study?
i havent got sales experience to go into a bank job and its too long waiting for a vacancy.
