You would have to ask your bank that. Give them proof of your account and then ask for them to pull up the user-name and password on their computer.
They will probably reset it so that you can set up a new user-name and password if you want to.

You need to find a “Forgot Password” link. Or else you gonna need to call you bank. Bank security is serious stuff and its gonna take a little verification to get it.
